My goals with this blog. Sit down as often as possible and just bleed words while thinking about my goals and what motivates me. Incredible success yesterday. Worked out with my brother and best bud yesterday. We did 5 sets of ab and core exercises even working in a few pull ups and some bonus exercises near the end. ( It is a huge goal of mine to be able to do muscle-ups.) Workout lasted about 1.5 hours and afterwards I could barely stand straight. First workout in a long time that I thought I might throw up. I will seek to continue this intensity throughout the year. It feels great to know that each day I am accelerating towards my goal. Finished nutrition yesterday at 1673 calories.  Definition has definitely returned to my abs. Sugar cravings are gone and I do not allow myself to dwell on desserts. I immediately think of my creed, goals, and results. After a large glass of water or two and in the middle of the day I will mix peanut butter, dry uncooked oatmeal, and raisins and have a few spoonfuls. This is very heavy on the calories and very filling. It also satisfies my old sweets habit. Today was an rest day but the weather is great and my wife has a run planned. I don't think I can sit around all day. Think I'll make it a chest day. Yes, yes, a chest day! I'm about to go out in the yard and tear up the grass! Here's a video of a couple of guys that made there goals a reality. Think was the keystone in kindling my start and helping my decide on the time frame of one year. http://youtu.be/GhfLNN4BloY  I've been building workout bars in the front yard for pull-ups, sit ups, handstand push ups, and creating an idea for a dip bar. Pictures coming soon. Thanks for keeping up with my progress. If you want to be on the ground floor of an incredible transformation. A path of discipline that I hope will motivate and inspire others to break out of settling and go get it then stick with me. This is going to be an incredible journey. Join in and we'll do it together. I am going to the place I want to be. Have a great workout today, rock the nutrition, and remember your very next choice will become you. Feed the Wolf! Bradley
