Recovery/ Nutrition

I used to look forward to a recovery day because I dreaded working out. Now, it seems to me the recovery day is just a day lost. I do want to set a pace that I can maintain for an entire year and I think a recovery day is an important part of that pace. So today will be taking it easy and eating excellently. My legs are still very sore today. I feel stronger all over. Here are stats from yesterday.

Nutrition- Goal 1820, Intake 1745, Exercise 300, Net 1445, 375 Remaining! Success! It feels incredible to have so much momentum now with so many days behind me of living it.

Workout- I worked out in the yard with my wife and focused on arms yesterday. I am not as sore as I would have suspected. I targeted a lot of muscles that I think will help me with the "muscle-up pull up" goal. I did the normal set and then added a bonus column to do throughout the rest of the day.


Thanks for checking in on the progress. Blow it up out there today! Don't forget to modify the eating habits. Hard work and not controlling your diet will yield few results. It's ours for the taking!
