My name is Bradley and I used to settle. I'm 31 and healthy but I have never put in the work to achieve excellence in my body. This is the beginning of a one year journey. My goals are simple for now, I want a body I could make a living selling pictures of. I want it for many reasons and I'm tired of denying it and settling for the normal. I am ALIVE. I'm tired of wasting my time thinking about excellence being out of reach. It will be mine one day at a time.Through this blog I will target specific goals, record success and recovery after hardships. Post pictures along the way. I hope not only to use this for staying on target but to motivate others to take what they want in life and stop with the settling. Just like the Romans, I have arrived in a foreign country and burnt the ships behind me. The only way out is to move forward and conquer. This is the beginning of my story. 175 pounds and a 7 pull-up champ.
